Cooking for Awareness BBQ Fundraiser Competition

-Team Challenge: 8am-4pm (Judging @ 3pm)

-Live Music: 4pm-8pm

-Sign-up Deadline: * July 7th 2017

-Contestants (2) Person Teams - $50.00 Entry fee

-Meat Hand-out Time: 7:00am Official Cook Start Time: 8:00am Judging People’s Choice Judging: 3:00pm Official Judging: 3:30p

-Prizes for 1st & 2nd Place Winners / 1 st Place Winner (People’s Choice)

-Contestants will have their choice of (2) meats: (2) Whole chickens & (2) rack of Pork Ribs * Contestants do not have to cook both meats *Contestants will need to provide their own grill (Gas, smokers, charcoal, etc) 3:00pm is cut-off to turn in cooked meats to judges (* late submissions will be disqualified) Contestants will need to provide clam shell To-Go Containers (Used to present to the judges) *Garnish: Garnishes are permitted as long as they are edible Organizers will provide: Tables to Present the People’s Choice Sampling Cups / Napkins Voting Containers & Raffle Tickets
